What is this promotion?
Cat and dog owners who complete an online arthritis screening questionnaire and learn that their pet may be suffering from arthritis are able to claim £25 off a vet consultation to assess their pet for arthritis.
How do I take part?
Qualifying pet owners will receive an email with a unique claim code following completion of the online arthritis screening questionnaire. Simply make a vet appointment to assess your pet for signs of arthritis and keep the invoice then go to consultcashback.co.uk. Complete the online registration form by entering your personal details including full name, email address, pet details, and bank details (if preferred payment route is via bank transfer as opposed to PayPal) and then enter your unique claim code and upload your invoice.
Once the claim is validated, your cash back payment of £25 will be made.
When does this promotion run?
The promotion runs from 00:00 on 01 October 2025 to 23:59 on 30 November 2025. Your vet consult must be completed by 30 November 2025.
When do I need to claim my cashback by?
The claim period ends at 23:59 on 31 December 2025.
I didn’t receive an email with a claim code. Where is it?
Please allow up to 5 days after your online questionnaire to receive your email. Please check your spam/junk folder just in case it went there. If you still didn’t receive it, please email us at consultcashback@promotioncustomerservices.com and we will look into it.
Does my pet need to be diagnosed with arthritis for me to claim my cash back?
No. You just need to have had a vet consultation to assess your pet for signs of arthritis. You can claim a cash back payment irrespective of diagnosis.
Does my pet need to be prescribed any specific treatment for me to claim my cash back?
No. You can claim a cash back payment irrespective of course of treatment prescribed.
How do I receive my £25 cashback?
You can choose to receive your cashback by bank transfer or Paypal.
I have more than one pet. Can I claim cash back for more than one vet consult?

My £25 cash back hasn’t arrived. What do I do?
Please allow 28 days from date of claim for your cash to arrive with you. If you do not receive it within 28 days, please email us at consultcashback@promotioncustomerservices.com and we will look into it.
